What is the BFCM/Holiday Return Policy?Updated 5 months ago

Orders placed through the holiday season will have an extended return window of January 31st 2025.
- We accept unworn and unwashed products, with the tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
- Returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee, which is deducted from the return refund value.
- Damaged/defective items are exempt from the restocking fee (photo proof required).

- Once your return is received in our warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for our warehouse to process your return.
- Once processed, allow 5-10 days for your refund to return to your original payment method.
- Shipping fee is nonrefundable.
