- We accept unworn and unwashed exchanges 30 days after purchase
- Final sale items are not eligible for return. Neither for refund nor exchange.
- We only allow 1 exchange per order
- Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size.
- Once your return is accepted, we will begin processing your exchange. Once the exchange order is created, you will receive an exchange order email with the new order details. Then, after the order shipped, you will receive a second email with new tracking information.
