What would cause my return to be denied?Updated 10 months ago

- Items that do not meet the criteria outlined in our return policy. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Neither for refund nor exchange.
- Items with hangtags missing or detached.
- Items returned with obvious use, animal hair, dander, deodorant, or similar product stains.
- Items returned without appropriate packaging to keep them safe in transit back to us.
