To initiate a return, follow prompts on our Return/Exchange page here. Select your ORDER, and complete the steps on the screen. Once approved, you will be emailed and prompted to download the shipping label and packing slip from the returns portal.

As long as all orders are within the returns period and all packing slips are included in the parcel, you're able to return more than one order within the same parcel. If you return multiple orders within one parcel, you will only be charged one retu
We will try our best to make it right! Follow the return process and make sure to provide images of the damaged product. Note that goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three (3)
